After a week’s worth of cultural enlightenment, I am leaving the country. Don’t fret, I will return August 19…I have a plane ticket home, so I’m set. So long, America.

This is Walnut, Iowa after an emergency siren-inducing thunderstorm. The sky was really that color. Two hours later half of that sky was pitch black and the other half the exact color of a blood orange’s innards. The best part of the Mid-West is the upper part.
